Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched for a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Returns Policy.

We want you to shop with confidence. If you receive an eligible item that you wish to return, please review the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in the original packaging.
Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
Include an unboxing video clearly showing the parcel being opened and the condition of the product upon arrival (required for damaged, incorrect, or missing item claims).

All returned products will be inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If

Returns will not be accepted for:

Change of mind.
Minor colour variations due to photography, lighting, or differences in screen displays.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or used.
Products with tags removed.
Products returned without original packaging.
Products returned after the 7-day return period.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as House of Narayani cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed until the returned item has been received and inspected.
