Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking details.

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post Express Post Parcel.

Shipping Charges

Free Express Shipping on orders over AUD $100.
A flat shipping fee applies to orders under AUD $100. The shipping charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Australia Post Express Post: 5–7 business days within Australia.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, Australia Post operations, weather conditions, public holidays, and peak periods.

Important Information

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.
House of Narayani is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered by Australia Post, House of Narayani is not responsible for any loss or theft.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they have been dispatched for a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to our Returns Policy.

Returns Policy

We want you to shop with confidence. If you receive an eligible item that you wish to return, please review the following conditions.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include an unboxing video clearly showing the parcel being opened and the condition of the product upon arrival (required for damaged, incorrect, or missing item claims).
